Responsibilities



Perform professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
Apply advanced techniques including nail extensions, gel polish application, and intricate nail designs using color theory principles
Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment to promote client safety
Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and products based on individual needs and preferences
Upsell retail products such as nail care items, skincare products, and beauty accessories to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
Stay informed about the latest trends in nail art, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and other esthetic services to offer innovative options
Communicate clearly with clients to understand their desired outcomes while offering professional advice on maintenance and aftercare

Qualifications



Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail care or related fields
Demonstrated knowledge of color theory, sanitation practices, and advanced nail techniques including nail extensions and dermabrasion treatments
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients
Experience with retail sales strategies such as upselling and retail math to maximize revenue opportunities
Familiarity with additional beauty services like hair threading, body waxing, and esthetic laser treatments
Excellent manual dexterity combined with attention to detail for precise application of nail products and designs
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism
