Role Description The Medical Nail Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Tampa, FL. This role is responsible for providing high-quality nail care services, including specialized medical nail treatments, manicures, pedicures, and nail art, in a clean and safe environment. Day-to-day tasks include assessing guests’ nail and foot health needs, performing services in accordance with hygiene and safety protocols, and maintaining a sanitized workstation and tools. The Medical Nail Technician will educate guests on proper nail care, recommend suitable products and services, and ensure an elevated, relaxing experience. The role also requires strong customer service, accurate appointment management, and effective collaboration with the team to uphold MiniLuxe standards.

Qualifications



Demonstrated proficiency in Nail Care and Pedicures, with attention to hygiene, safety, and comfort.Skilled in Nails and Nail Art, including shaping, polishing, and creative design techniques.Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen to guest needs, and communicate clearly.Current nail technician license or certification in the state of Florida, with training or experience in medical or advanced nail care preferred.Knowledge of sanitation and infection-control standards, especially in a clinical or spa setting.Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple appointments, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.Experience working in a salon, spa, or medical foot care environment is beneficial.Commitment to MiniLuxe’s clean culture, ethical standards, and a guest-focused approach to service.
