• Educate clients on nail health, proper care routines, and product recommendations to promote ongoing maintenance
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment in compliance with health regulations
• Stay current on the latest trends in color theory, nail art techniques, and beauty innovations to offer fresh ideas and services
• Build strong relationships through excellent communication skills and personalized service that encourages repeat visits
