Responsibilities
• Perform professional manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic applications, nail extensions, and nail art
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable services, colors, and designs
• Deliver friendly, attentive, and personalized customer service
• Follow all sanitation, disinfection, health, and salon safety requirements
• Clean and disinfect tools, equipment, and workstations between clients
• Recommend appropriate nail-care products, service upgrades, and salon memberships
• Support client rebooking and retention efforts
• Stay informed about current nail trends, techniques, products, and designs
• Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and welcoming salon

Requirements
• Current Texas Manicurist, Cosmetology, or other applicable professional license
• Previous salon or nail technician experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of manicures, pedicures, acrylics, gel services, extensions, and sanitation standards
• Portfolio or examples of previous nail art and design work preferred
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to perform detailed services efficiently and consistently
• Professional, dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to recommend products and upgrades without pressuring clients
• Willingness to build lasting client relationships and contribute to salon goals
