Responsibilities
• Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic and nail extension applications with precision and care
• Apply advanced techniques such as color theory to create stunning nail designs tailored to each client’s preferences
• Maintain strict salon safety protocols and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure a satisfying experience
• Educate clients on nail care routines, aftercare tips, and available retail products to enhance their overall wellness
• Manage retail sales by upselling nail products, tools, and treatments that complement services offered
• Follow disinfection procedures diligently between appointments to uphold hygiene standards and comply with health regulations

Skills
• Extensive knowledge of nail care techniques including manicure, pedicure, acrylic application, gel nails, and nail extensions
• Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation practices, and disinfection procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients
• Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a professional demeanor
