Duties
• Perform a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, dip powder, acrylic , and nail extensions with precision and care.
• Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools, equipment, and workstations.
• Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable nail treatments or retail products.
• Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare to ensure long-lasting results.
• Upsell retail products such as nail polishes, treatments, or accessories to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail artistry, esthetic laser treatments, and body waxing techniques to continually elevate service quality.

Skills
• Strong knowledge of color theory, nail care principles.
• Proficiency in performing various treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic nails, and nail extensions.
• Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and OSHA regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Experience working in the beauty industry.
• Retail sales skills combined with retail math knowledge to effectively upsell products and increase revenue opportunities.
• Strong communication skills paired with the ability to educate clients on nail care routines and product benefits.

Pay: $25.70 - $30.95 per hour
