Responsibilities
• Perform professional manicure and pedicure treatments using the latest techniques and products to ensure high-quality results.
• Create custom nail designs incorporating color theory principles, nail art, and trending styles to delight clients.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by sterilizing tools, disinfecting workstations, and adhering to health regulations.
• Provide personalized consultations on nail care, color choices, and maintenance tips to enhance client satisfaction.
• Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, or hair styling to maximize client experience and salon revenue.
• Assist clients with retail sales of nail care products, skincare items, and beauty accessories aligned with their needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends like esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, hair extensions, hair threading, and barbering techniques to broaden service offerings.

Qualifications
• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail care; additional certifications in eyelash extensions or body waxing are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and current beauty trends.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their preferences.
• Proven ability in retail sales and upselling to enhance client experiences while supporting business growth.
• Experience with advanced treatments such as dermabrasion or esthetic laser procedures is desirable but not required.
• Demonstrated professionalism with attention to detail in hygiene standards and customer service excellence.
