• Competitive pay training starting at $17.75/hour, $22 - $30 plus tips based on experience, skill level, and performance. Opportunities for income growth and advancement are available as you build clientele, strengthen your technical skills, and grow within the company. Tips are additional and can significantly increase overall earnings.

Responsibilities:
• Perform manicure and pedicure services with attention to detail
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation according to California State Board regulations
• Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance
• Work well with the team and communicate professionally

Preferred Skills:
• Gel manicure experience
• Builder Gel experience preferred
• Russian manicure / detailed cuticle work is a plus
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work weekends is preferred

Requirements:
• Active California Nail Technician or Cosmetology License
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Passion for beauty and customer care
