Job Summary

The Salon Manager plays a key role in supporting daily salon operations, supporting stylist needs and ensuring the highest levels of customer care. This individual will be responsible for client satisfaction, team leadership, team upskilling and supporting rapid business growth.

Responsibilities

Client Experience
• Greet guests warmly and professionally; manage their experience from check-in to check-out
• Handle scheduling, confirmations, and service coordination for optimal flow
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion

Retail Management & Sales
• Lead the sale of luxury haircare and beauty products with confidence and product knowledge

Operational Excellence
• Experience in Hair Salon and Beauty Industry
• Maintain a clean, organized, and luxurious front-of-house and back-of-house atmosphere
• Ensure adherence to salon policies, health/safety guidelines, and customer service protocols
• Training Team and Supporting Various Team Workshops

Sales & Business Support
• Support special events, promotions, and seasonal marketing initiatives
• Assist with creating and managing social media content to reflect the salon’s brand, promote services, and engage with the online community

Qualifications
• 5+ years of salon and guest services management (salon/spa/hospitality preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with a luxury brand
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Active Cosmetology License
• Experience with salon software
