Your Role
• Deliver flawless waxing services using our Exclusive Comfort Wax®.
• Build strong guest relationships and drive retail product sales through education and personalized recommendations.
• Meet and exceed monthly service, rebooking and product sales goals.
• Create a memorable guest experience that encourages repeat visits and referrals.
• Meet cleanliness and sanitation standards

What You Bring:
• Valid Esthetics or Cosmetology License (required).
• A passion for skincare and a talent for upselling and cross-selling.
• Confidence in recommending products and services to meet guest needs.
• A goal-oriented mindset and a desire to grow your income.
• Looking to educate our guests on care solutions.
