Responsibilities
• Perform a wide range of professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care.
• Apply advanced techniques such as nail extensions, gel polish application, and intricate nail designs using color theory principles to create visually stunning results.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly disinfecting tools, workstations, and equipment to ensure client safety and comply with health regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a relaxing experience.
• Educate clients on nail care routines, product usage, and retail options to enhance their at-home maintenance and overall satisfaction.
• Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to maximize client benefits and salon revenue.
• Assist with retail sales of nail care products, cosmetics, and skincare items through effective communication skills and product knowledge.

Requirements
• Valid state licensure as a Nail Technician or Cosmetologist with specialization in nails.
• Proven experience in performing diverse nail services including gel applications, acrylics, and intricate nail art.
• Strong understanding of color theory to create harmonious designs that complement clients’ styles.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment.
• Excellent communication skills to engage clients effectively and provide outstanding customer service.
• Ability to perform detailed work such as nail extensions, dermabrasion techniques, or hair threading when required.

Pay: $500.00 - $1,500.00 per week
