We offer exquisite manicures, pedicures, and stunning nail extensions, using top-quality gel products, acrylics, and vibrant lacquers.


You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this position.


Responsibilities :



Provide consistent professional nail, hand and foot treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices
Proficient in Natural Nail services, French Polish, Gel Polish, Nail Art and Hand & Foot Massage
Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of products to be cost effective
Possess complete knowledge of all services and products while educating and training guests.
Perform prep work and properly clean and restock room as required
Actively promote spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail as well as programs and promotions
Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously
Must be able to perform all nail, hand and foot services offered by Rose Beauty Bar
Follow all procedures for recommending home care to each guest
Our Team Members work weekdays, weekends and some holidays

Basic Qualifications :



Must currently hold and maintain Nail Technician license with state of Florida. Those licenses must also be in good standing with no complaints on record, license must be current.
Must be able to complete a skills assessment in person
Minimum (1) year of experience as a licensed Nail Technician
Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent guest service skills
Excellent communication and listening skills
Previous experience with ability to handle difficult/sensitive situations with minimal/no supervision
Ability to confidently utilize service recovery methods
Proactive in anticipating guest needs
Front desk skills which include, multitasking, answering phones, scheduling appointments, organization, time management, tech proficiency, attention to detail and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:



Basic computer knowledge
Previous experience in a spa, salon or hotel environment preferred
Knowledgeable about toxins associated with nail polishes/ treatments (toluene, formaldehyde, and dibutyl phthalate)
Certified Master Pedicurist
Gelish Polygel Certification
Waxing Specialist
Knowledge on how to use an autoclave

Compensation:



We are proud to offer our staff a superior compensation plan with a mix of base hourly, plus commissions, and gratuities
With the security of a guaranteed paycheck, plus tips, and continued training, some of our top stylists earn up to $20/hour or 600-1000/week or 30,000-50,000/year
