Licensed Nail Technician

Job Summary

Join our small team as a Nail Technician, where your passion for nail care will shine! In this role, you will provide expert manicure and dry pedicure services.

Duties
• Perform professional nail care services such as manicures, dry pedicures, builder gel nails, and nail art with precision and creativity
• Apply color theory principles to recommend suitable shades and designs that complement clients’ skin tones and preferences
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly disinfecting tools and workstations to ensure client safety
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs, offering expert advice, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Upsell additional services like facials, body contouring, or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
• Communicate clearly with clients about procedures, aftercare instructions, and product recommendations for ongoing nail health
• Support team members in maintaining a clean, organized workspace aligned with sanitation protocols

Experience
• Proven experience as a Nail Technician
• Familiarity with sanitation standards specific to nail salons and beauty clinics to ensure a safe environment for all clients
• Ability to upsell retail products effectively through excellent communication skills and understanding of customer needs
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships through positive interactions

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
