Licensed Nail Tech ,Massage Therapist , Esthetician & Barista

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various massage techniques and be dedicated to providing exceptional patient service. This role requires a commitment to helping clients achieve their wellness goals through effective pain management and relaxation techniques.

We are also hiring for a ( (2)License Nail Technician, (2)Massage Therapist, and (2) Esthetician and Barista at our Newly Renovated Colonial East-Memphis location. Both men and women are urged to apply! Must have a passion for the field, team player and a love for people. Experience is a plus, but training is available. Beautiful Suite Rental (Includes: Security, Free Wifi, Smart Tv- Apple TV, Netflix, Suite Key Access & Utilities) + Commission available in future . Duties
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and customize treatment plans accordingly.
• Perform various types of massage, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, tailored to each client's specific requirements.
• Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to apply appropriate techniques for pain management and overall wellness.
• Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress while adhering to medical terminology standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a welcoming environment and addressing any client concerns or questions.
• Collaborate with other health professionals in occupational health settings or med spa environments as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy practices.

Experience
• Proven experience in patient service with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with pain management techniques and the ability to assess patient needs effectively.
• Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology is essential for this role.
• Previous experience in a med spa or similar environment is preferred but not mandatory.
