As a Licensed Master Esthetician at NuMe Aesthetics, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Performing NuMe's full facial treatment menu with consistency and care.Collaborating with guests on personalized skincare routines and product recommendations.Delivering exceptional service and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of treatment rooms.Participating in subsidized continued learning opportunities through NuMe.Working collaboratively with the team to support a positive culture.Eligibility for performance bonuses and commissions based on targets and service quality.Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of esthetician experience (3+ years preferred).A valid Washington State Master Esthetician license.Alignment with NuMe's core values: sophisticated, professional, excellence, neoteric, consistent, educated, receptive, and service-driven.Luxury or premium skincare experience is a strong plus.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.A passion for skincare and staying current with industry trends.Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.Buccal and lymphatic massage experience preferred.Benefits
