Licensed Master Esthetician

We are a growing plastic surgery and medical aesthetics practice seeking a Master Esthetician to join our team. We’re looking for someone with an upbeat personality, strong communication skills, and a true passion for patient care and skincare. The ideal candidate is ambitious, professional, compassionate, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while building long-term patient relationships.


Candidates should have hands-on experience with laser skin resurfacing, photo rejuvenation, laser hair removal, and advanced medical aesthetic treatments.


Responsibilities:



Perform medical-grade aesthetic treatments including:
Chemical peels
Microneedling
Microneedling with PRP
RF Microneedling with PRP
IPL/intense pulsed light treatments
Laser hair reduction
Non-ablative fractional laser treatments
Photo rejuvenation for vascular and pigment concerns
Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records for each patient
Perform consultations in person and over the phone to recommend customized treatment plans
Educate patients on skincare, non-surgical cosmetic procedures, and cosmetic surgery options
Create customized treatment packages to fit varying patient goals and budgets
Support patients throughout their pre- and post-operative journey
Utilize strong sales skills including upselling and cross-selling aesthetic services and products
Build and maintain strong patient relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up care

Qualifications:



Active Washington State Master Esthetician License
Experience working with cosmetic lasers and advanced aesthetic procedures
Strong knowledge of skincare and non-surgical cosmetic treatments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Sales experience in aesthetics or cosmetic medicine preferred

Locations: Lynnwood, Seattle, and Kirkland


Compensation: Hourly + Commission Structure
