Licensed Massage Therapists — Weekend LMT NEEDED

TAO Massage has been in Round Rock for 10+ years. 4.8 stars, 500+ reviews, and a strong base of 394 active members. We're under new ownership and hiring multiple Licensed Massage Therapists to help cover weekend demand.

Our weekends are consistently busy and we often turn bookings away, so the right candidates will see steady session volume from the start.

Pay
• Base commission $35–$41 per session hour, based on experience and modalities
• Add-on commissions ($2–$12 per add-on; clients could book multiple)
• Tips average ~20% of total comp (processed through Tippy)
• Sign-on bonus of up to $600
• Referral bonus when you bring another therapist on board

Schedule
• Friday 4-8PM
• Sat 12-8PM
• Sun 10-5PM

Requirements
• Active Texas TDLR license
• 3+ years experience

• CEU course reimbursement available upon owner approval
• One free 60-minute massage per month after 6 months

Nine private rooms. We supply linens, oils, and all equipment.
