About the Role

As a Licensed Massage Therapist at Skincare Lounge, you’ll do more than just massage. You’ll create moments that make people’s weeks (or even their entire month!). You’ll help clients feel truly seen, cared for and ready to take on the world again.

We’re looking for someone who lights up when they help others, believes in the power of touch to transform someone’s day, and wants to be part of a supportive, upbeat team that feels more like a family.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver personalized, high-quality massage treatments
• Show up on time, prepared, and fully present (our clients can feel the difference)
• Build genuine relationships with clients that keep them coming back and raving to their friends
• Educate clients on treatment plans, self-care tips, and wellness routines, because we care about them beyond the session
• Keep your treatment room beautiful and spotless, and help with spa tasks (like laundry) to keep things running smoothly
• Recommend products and additional services to support clients' wellness journeys
• Embrace feedback and always look for ways to learn and grow. We’re all about constant improvement
