Licensed Massage Therapist & Piezowave Tech & Laser Lipo Tech - Beach

The Elements of Therapy is locally owned Wellness & MedSpa with 2 locations in the Jacksonville area. Our Elements of therapy include Massage Therapy, Skin Therapy, Laser Therapy, Nutritional Therapy, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy, Acustic Compression Therapy, Joint Therapy and regenerative medicine.

We ae looking for serious minded massage professionals who understand the importance of all elements we offer and want to be part of a unique, locally owned organization without the corporate red tape and micromanagement. We are looking for massage therapists to perform massages and possibly also cross train for Strawberry laser lipo treatments and other services. We are only looking for top performers who have a passion for what they do and the wellness industry.

We are in search of Massage Therapist for our Jacksonville Beach location who can work day and evening hours and at least a couple Saturday's a month.

Beach Hours: Day and Evening (10-7) Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and Saturdays (10-4)

Position Requirements:
• Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Florida.
• Consultative Treatment approach and the ability to recommend other adjunctive therapies that may be needed including regenerative therapies , joint therapy and nutritional therapies.
• Ability to perform multiple, consecutive and quality 30 – 50 – 80 – 110 minute massage sessions.
• Not a requirement, but we are needing to train a few new licensed massage therapists in performing the Piezowave Acoustic Compression Therapy treatments, and Strawberry Laser Lipo services.
• Customize sessions based on the client’s individual needs.
• Promote the health and wellness benefits of receiving massage therapy on a regular basis.
• Professionally recommend add-ons and other services to all guests and get paid for doing so.
• Creating a positive, relaxing and excellent experience for all of our client’s through attentive service, professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
• Maintaining a clean and inviting environment for all massage clients by keeping a clean, sanitized and organized environment.
• Professionally recommending appropriate upgrades to each client depending on the client’s needs.
• Ability to meet, maintain and exceed performance goals (monthly and quarterly).
