Responsibilities
• Perform professional massage therapy services customized to each client's needs.
• Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and stocked.
• Educate clients on wellness, self-care, and recommended follow-up treatments.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
• Work collaboratively with the spa team to create an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications
• Current Massage Therapy License (required).
• Strong knowledge of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Hot Stone, or other massage modalities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
