Part-Time | $35 per Massage Service Hour + 100% of Eligible Tips

We are seeking a professional, reliable Licensed Massage Therapist to provide Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic and relaxation massage to hotel guests and local clients.

Requirements: Active Texas Massage Therapist License, strong customer service skills, reliability, and preferably weekend availability. Hot stone, sports massage, and lymphatic drainage experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
• Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and other specialized modalities tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct thorough client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and ensure safety during sessions.
• Communicate clearly with clients about their preferences, treatment goals, and any health concerns or contraindications.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment by adhering to hygiene standards and spa protocols at all times.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend future sessions or wellness practices as appropriate.
• Keep detailed records of treatments provided, client feedback, and any relevant health information in compliance with privacy regulations.
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and certifications such as CPR to enhance your service offerings.

Skills
• Proven experience in massage therapy with proficiency in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and pain management techniques.
• Strong knowledge of human physiology and anatomy to tailor treatments effectively.
• Excellent patient service skills with the ability to assess client needs accurately and communicate clearly.
• Familiarity with medical terminology related to massage therapy and occupational health standards.
• Ability to perform patient assessments and adapt treatments based on individual health conditions or contraindications.
• CPR certification is required for emergency preparedness during sessions.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
