Job Overview

AMA Day Spa in South Miami is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional massage services to clients, promote relaxation and well-being, and contribute to a positive spa experience.

Responsibilities
• Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, lymphatic, and others as required.
• Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients.
• Follow all spa safety, sanitation, and confidentiality procedures.
• Educate clients on wellness, self-care, and products when appropriate.
• Upsell spa services and retail products as appropriate.

Requirements
• Valid State of Florida Massage Therapist License.
• Proven experience in massage therapy with strong knowledge of different techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to create a relaxing and professional environment.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings as needed.

Compensation & Schedule
• This is not an hourly position, it is commission-based pay structure on services.
• Commission also paid on retail product sales.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate your availability.
