Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) - $65.00 + Hourly Rate

Lilikoi Day Spa at Balian Springs is looking for customer service-oriented providers who are passionate about being facilitators of wellness. Our day spa is located in a 100,00 sq. ft. self-care social club, and we are looking for Licensed Massage Therapists to provide new and exciting treatments to our guests. We have hydrotherapy pools, saunas, restaurants, lounges and more. Our guests expect the best the area has to offer and we are looking for individuals to exceed these expectations.

Salary includes:

28% - 35% commission + 18% service charge automatically added + additional tips

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Valid state license or other credentials required by the state.
• Previous massage work experience.
• Must be able to build rapport with guest.
• Ability to explain various treatments/services to guests.
• Excellent customer service skills and work ethic.
• Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivational.
• Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.
• Good verbal and written skills.
• Strong team player.
• A comfort level with product recommendation.
• Availability When Facility Is Open: This could include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• This position requires the following abilities: balancing, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, tactile sense, repetitive motions, seeing, hearing, talking, and visual acuity.
• The employee will be required to operate the following tools: massage oils and lotions, hot stones, hot cabbie, hand towels, eye masks, body treatment products, hot packs, mud, salts, paraffin heaters, and disinfectants.
• Work conditions include exposure to odors, fumes, and vibrations.

Education Requirements:
• Must have current Virginia State MT License and Fairfax County MT License

Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour
