Job Summary:

Homeside Rehab is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our home health team. In this role, you will provide individualized therapeutic massage services to patients in their homes, helping improve comfort, mobility, relaxation, and overall well-being while enjoying schedule flexibility and a supportive team environment.

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide therapeutic massage treatments based on patient needs and care plans
• Assess patients’ physical condition and determine appropriate massage techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care in accordance with company standards
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure coordinated and effective treatment
• Communicate clearly with office staff, patients, and caregivers regarding treatment goals and patient progress
• Maintain professional, ethical, and safety standards during all patient visits

Job Details:
• Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem
• Location: Brooklyn, NY 11238
• Salary: $45 – $65 per hour

Schedule Flexibility: Choose your own hours, day and evening shifts available, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed
