Revive Bodywork is hiring 2–3 exceptional Licensed Massage Therapists who want to build a real, loyal client book—not simply fill occasional shifts.

We are an independently owned, therapeutic massage and wellness practice in Denver’s LoHi neighborhood with an established client base and meaningful demand for skilled bodywork. Our clients expect personalized, effective massage and return to therapists who deliver results, communicate well, and make them feel genuinely cared for.

We are especially interested in therapists experienced in deep tissue and prenatal massage who are excited to grow a portfolio of returning clients.

Revive Bodywork is a warm, professional, and highly personalized self-care practice. Our work is not cookie-cutter relaxation massage. Every session is customized around the client’s goals, pain points, pressure preferences, and lifestyle.

Sessions often blend deep tissue, myofascial techniques, stretching, rhythmic movement, focused therapeutic work, hot towels, and aromatherapy. We serve high-stress professionals, athletes and outdoor enthusiasts, parents, and expecting mothers who value consistent, effective care.

Our clients are used to a high standard. The right therapist will be energized by that.

What You’ll Do
• Deliver exceptional, customized massage sessions that help clients feel better and want to return
• Perform confident, effective deep tissue and prenatal massage
• Conduct thoughtful client consultations and adjust pressure, technique, and focus areas throughout the session
• Build strong relationships with first-time clients and develop a loyal recurring book
• Maintain detailed, accurate client notes and booking information in Momence
• Communicate professionally and warmly with clients and teammates
• Keep treatment rooms clean, calm, and fully prepared for each appointment
• Complete approximately 30 minutes of side work per shift to support the studio and team
• Work independently, manage your schedule responsibly, and arrive consistently prepared and on time
• Be available for regular Saturday and/or Sunday shifts

Who You Are

You are a compassionate, confident massage therapist with excellent hands and exceptional client relationship skills. You understand that great massage is both technical and personal: clients return because the work helps them and because they trust you.

You are likely a strong fit if you:
• Have hands-on experience providing deep tissue massage and prenatal massage
• Know how to listen carefully, identify client needs, and tailor each session accordingly
• Want to build a long-term client portfolio rather than rely only on new bookings
• Are warm, professional, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership of your schedule
• Can provide deep, effective work without sacrificing safety, pacing, or client comfort
• Are open to feedback and committed to continued professional growth
• Bring a calm, grounded, positive presence to the treatment room

Required Qualifications
• Active Colorado Massage Therapy License
• Minimum 500 hours from an accredited massage therapy program
• Demonstrated experience in deep tissue massage
• Demonstrated prenatal massage experience and comfort with prenatal positioning, modifications, and safety considerations
• Ability to perform at least 4.5 hands-on massage hours per shift, with 15-minute breaks between services
• Strong consultation, communication, and client relationship-building skills
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to provide client reviews, testimonials, references, or other evidence of a successful client following
• Willingness to work consistent weekend shifts, including Saturdays and/or Sundays

Preferred Qualifications

Experience or certification in any of the following is a plus:
• Ashiatsu
• Cupping
• Gua sha
• Lymphatic drainage
• Sports massage
• Reiki
• Myofascial release
• Momence booking or client-management software

Compensation & Benefits
• W-2 employee status
• Hourly pay + service commission + tips
• Expected compensation range depends on number of hours worked per week and ability to fill books with repeat business.
