Licensed Massage Therapist

Cove Spa is looking for talented, caring Licensed Massage Therapists to join our close-knit team!

We are a boutique massage spa located at 5450 Bee Caves Rd in Westlake—Austin's premier high-income neighborhood—offering access to a high-end, loyal clientele, a peaceful work environment, and a strong focus on quality care and guest experience.

Role Details:
• Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
• Schedule: Flexible scheduling (weekend availability preferred)—we will work with you to find a schedule that fits both of our needs.

Compensation & Perks:
• Service Fee Pay: $40 for a 60-minute service / $60 for a 90-minute service
• Add-on Fee Pay: 50% of all add-on fees (in addition to the base service fee)
• Tips: 100% of tips go directly to you
• We Provide Everything: High-quality heated massage tables, linens, lotions, organic coconut oils, and premium essential oils—you just bring your skills and passion!
