Job Summary

We are seeking talented, professional, and client-focused Licensed Massage Therapists to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, skilled in therapeutic techniques, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities
• Perform high-quality massage services tailored to client needs
• Conduct client consultations to assess preferences and wellness goals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing treatment environment
• Uphold Vibe Spa standards for professionalism and customer service
• Recommend services, enhancements, and wellness products when appropriate
• Accurately document client notes and treatment details

Qualifications
• Valid Michigan Massage Therapy License (required)
• Knowledge of multiple massage modalities (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Sports, etc. preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Pay Rate

Commission 25%+ tips and is non negotiable. Client quota bonus of 10% !
