Company Description Complete Family Healthcare Chiropractic & Massage (CFHC) is a multi-doctor chiropractic clinic and wellness center offering chiropractic care, clinical massage therapy, regenerative shockwave therapy, and spinal disc decompression therapy, along with nutritional and spinal support product offerrings. The center operates Monday through Friday, generally from 9 a.m. to 6pm every day except tuesdays and Fridays closing at 4:30p.m., depending on each of the two doctors’ schedules, with the founder, Dr. JJ Anthonijs, seeing patients four days per week. The massage department is operated within the Complete Family Healthcare clinic and is doctor supervised for optimal clinical decision making, insurance covered massage services, and optional intigration of massage with chiropractic services. CFHC massage services feature clinically trained, licensed massage therapists and offers convenient online and over-the-counter scheduling and payment options (some insurances accepted at CFHC cover massage services and insurance claims are filed with those specific cases). This integrated environment provides a collaborative setting focused on comprehensive patient wellness.

Role Description This part-time, on-site Licensed Massage Therapist role is based in Alpharetta, GA. The therapist will provide high-quality therapeutic massage services to a diverse client base, following individualized treatment plans and supporting overall patient wellness and recovery. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting thorough client intake, performing appropriate massage techniques, maintaining accurate session documentation, and collaborating with chiropractors and other wellness providers as needed. The role also involves managing appointment flow, supporting a positive client experience from arrival to checkout, and adhering to clinic protocols for cleanliness, safety, and professional conduct. Flexibility to work within the clinic’s weekday schedule and commitment to consistent, reliable patient care are essential. As of September 12th, CFHC will ne extending its Friday hours until 6pm and is looking for an experienced, talented, and reliable massage therapist to work as many clinic hours as they can on Fridays to serve its patients that day. Demand will provide business immediately with above average hourly rate /hr. of massage services performed paid to massgae therapist as well as a hourly guarenteed rate to massage therapist for any downtime massage isnt booked during the agreed upon hours massage therapist is scheduled to be onsite for massage servcies at CFHC clinic. Upon consistent services being performed and repeat bookings from satisfied pateints, more shifts throughout the week will be available to this part time massage therapist to work.

Qualifications
• Demonstrated proficiency in Therapeutic Massage and Body Massage techniques suitable for clinical and wellness settings.
• Experience or training in specialized modalities such as Shiatsu and other evidence-informed bodywork approaches.
• Ability to support clients with Stress Management through massage, relaxation techniques, and client education.
• Strong Customer Service skills, including clear communication, professionalism, and a client-centered approach.
• Active state licensure as a Massage Therapist in Georgia and compliance with all applicable regulations and ethical standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with chiropractic and wellness professionals in an integrated clinical environment.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and inclusive treatment space and following infection control and hygiene guidelines.
• Preferred: Experience in a chiropractic or medical massage setting, familiarity with electronic or online scheduling systems, and willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
