Responsibilities
• Perform professional massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy tailored to each patient’s needs
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of concern
• Apply pain management techniques effectively, utilizing your knowledge of physiology and anatomy to target specific issues
• Educate patients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to support ongoing wellness
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, patient progress, and medical terminology in compliance with healthcare standards
• Ensure a safe, comfortable environment by adhering to occupational health protocols and sanitation practices
• Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively, addressing patient questions, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere

Qualifications
• Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification in good standing
• Proven experience in patient service, with a focus on therapeutic massage modalities such as deep tissue and trigger point therapy
• Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and pain management
• Prior experience working in med spas or similar healthcare settings is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and explain treatment options clearly
• Knowledge of occupational health standards and safety procedures for clinical environments

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
