Duties
• Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual client needs
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their specific concerns, medical history, and treatment goals
• Educate clients on pain management strategies and recommend appropriate therapies or self-care practices
• Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records in compliance with licensing regulations and clinic policies
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation standards and safety protocols
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive wellness plans for clients requiring specialized care
• Provide excellent patient service by listening attentively, addressing questions, and creating a relaxing atmosphere that fosters trust and comfort

Experience
• Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist required; certification in deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy preferred
• Proven experience in patient assessment and delivering customized massage treatments
• Familiarity with physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and pain management
• Prior experience working in a med spa or occupational health setting is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and address their unique needs
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and the human body’s response to various massage techniques
• Previous experience with patient care documentation and maintaining confidentiality is essential

Pay: $67.00 - $85.00 per hour
