• A licensed cosmetologist, natural hair & braiding specialist, cosmetology instructor, or salon manager in DC

What You'll Do:
• Deliver customized consultations and luxury hair services tailored to each client
• Create an atmosphere where every client feels seen, celebrated, and cared for
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization—because your space reflects your artistry
• Collaborate with an elite team that uplifts, supports, and inspires each other
• Represent Thrive Hair Bar’s commitment to beauty, precision, and care with every guest who walks through our doors

Your Investment in Growth:

All new stylists participate in Thrive Hair Bar’s signature training—eight sessions over 8 weeks—hosted at our flagship Washington, D.C. location. This hands-on experience sharpens your technical skills and elevates your client care to a luxury standard. This training is required and offering complimentary to all team members

Compensation:
• Guaranteed hourly pay during your first 60 days or a $500 sign-on bonus after your first 60 days if starting as commission.
• Service commission + retail commission + generous tips
• Earning potential: $40,000 - $70,000+ annually (part-time team members average $38K per year while full-time team members average $78K per year)
