Licensed Hair Stylist – Hourly or Commission | Multicultural Salon

We have an established client base and continue to welcome new clients, giving our stylists opportunities to build and maintain a full schedule.

Salon Hairapy is a family-owned, multicultural salon in Malden where we cater to every hair texture and turn no client away. We're growing our team and looking for a talented, licensed stylist who wants to do great work in a warm, professional space that cares about people - clients and stylists alike.

You pick the pay structure that fits you:
• Hourly: a guaranteed rate for every hour you work, taxes withheld, steady and predictable.
• Commission: a competitive split on the services you perform, ideal if you're building a strong book and want your earnings tied to your hustle.

What we're looking for:
• Active Massachusetts cosmetology license (required)
• Skilled across textured and multicultural hair - silk press, locs, braids, natural care, color, cuts
• Reliable, client-focused, and great to have on the team.
• Bonus if you love mentoring - we're active in local hair schools.
