What You’ll Do
• Deliver high-quality men’s haircuts, skin fades, tapers, beard trims, and straight razor services
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand client goals and deliver consistent results
• Create an outstanding guest experience from check-in to checkout
• Recommend products and services that fit each client’s needs
• Build a loyal clientele through exceptional customer service and relationship-building
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
• Contribute to a positive team culture and help create an exceptional shop environment

Qualifications
• Active Barber or Cosmetology License in Texas
• Experience with men’s haircuts, fades, clipper work, shear cutting, and beard grooming
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, professional, and team-focused attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume barbershop environment
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak business hours
