We are seeking a talented and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic skincare and beauty team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments, personalized skincare consultations, and innovative cosmetic procedures that enhance our clients’ confidence and well-being. Your expertise in advanced esthetic techniques, combined with excellent customer service skills, will create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. Duties
• Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials: Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion, Decongestion, Hydrafacials, Back Facials
• Apply permanent makeup procedures such as lip blush, eyeliner pigment application, microblading, and tattooing with precision and artistry.
• Conduct specialized aesthetic treatments like laser skin therapy, eyelash extensions, and skin resurfacing to meet individual client needs.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results.
• Maintain strict adherence to tattooing and piercing safety regulations, sanitation standards, infection control protocols, and client safety procedures.
• Manage electronic medical records (EMR systems) accurately for client histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, answer questions about skin care products and at home routines and ensure a positive experience.

Requirements
• Valid GEORGIA state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician
• Proven experience in performing esthetic treatments including facial therapies, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and skin rejuvenation techniques.
• Knowledge of regulations, sanitation practices, infection control measures, and client communication best practices.
• Familiarity with color theory and anatomy knowledge relevant to aesthetic treatments.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to educate clients on skincare options and aesthetic procedures confidently.
• Experience using EMR systems for accurate record-keeping of medical records and treatment documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.

Pay: $450.00 - $700.00 per week
