position overview

our krew is growing, & we’re looking for experienced, driven skin care trainers to join the only skoah. facial shop in arizona.

skoah. is built around skin fitness, education & exceptional kustomer experiences. we specialize in customized facials that combine visible results, holistic care, massage, advanced techniques & practical home care education.

this role is for someone who wants to do more than perform services.

our skin care trainers build relationships, grow their books, educate kustomers, support memberships, recommend home care, participate in community events, recruit new guests & represent the shop through social media and local outreach.

because we are a small business, every krew member has a visible impact. teamwork, leadership, initiative, flexibility & ownership are essential.

schedule & hours
• part time
• approximately four shifts each week
• flexible weekday, evening & weekend availability is required
• availability to pick up additional shifts is strongly preferred
• participation in events, workshops, partnerships & community activations is required
• schedules are built around kustomer demand, business needs & overall krew coverage

what you’ll do
• perform customized skoah. facial services
• deliver confident european facial massage & lymphatic drainage techniques
• combine results driven care with a holistic, personalized approach
• complete detailed skin consultations
• educate kustomers on treatments, memberships, enhancements & home care
• confidently recommend products, future services & membership options
• rebook kustomers & help build long term treatment plans
• ask for reviews, referrals & continued engagement
• maintain accurate service notes & kustomer documentation
• prepare, sanitize, restock & reset treatment rooms
• support laundry, inventory, cleaning & overall shop readiness
• collaborate closely with the scc krew to create a seamless kustomer journey
• participate in workshops, local events, referral partnerships & community outreach
• help recruit new kustomers through both warm and cold conversations
• participate consistently in social media, marketing & promotional content
• use instagram, tiktok & facebook to help build awareness, relationships & your personal book
• promote your availability, services & expertise outside of scheduled treatment time
• contribute to membership, retail, rebook, review & retention goals
• help strengthen the sale through the quality of your consultation, service, education & follow through

required qualifications
• current esthetics license
• minimum one year of professional treatment room experience

applicants with less than one year of hands on treatment room experience will not be considered.

you must also demonstrate:
• proficiency in european style facial services
• strong facial massage skills
• working knowledge of lymphatic drainage techniques
• confidence customizing services for individual skin concerns
• comfort with results driven and holistic facial care
• confidence educating kustomers on products & treatment plans
• comfort recommending memberships, retail & future appointments
• experience using instagram, tiktok & facebook
• willingness to appear in social media, marketing & promotional content
• reliable transportation of your own
• willingness to attend events, partnerships & offsite community activations
• willingness to initiate both cold and warm conversations
• comfort promoting your services & actively building your book
• leadership skills, personal accountability & strong follow through

having an established clientele is strongly preferred, but not required. candidates with a meaningful, transferable clientele may be eligible for additional incentives.

sales & book building expectations

this role requires confidence with sales, but our approach is educational, personal & results focused.

you should be comfortable:
• discussing memberships naturally
• recommending home care based on real skin needs
• asking for the rebook
• inviting kustomers to return for a treatment plan
• asking for reviews & referrals
• discussing enhancements when appropriate
• promoting your availability
• following up with guests
• participating in outreach that helps grow your book
• converting both new & returning kustomers through trust, education & exceptional service

your service should support the sale before the kustomer reaches the front desk. the consultation, treatment quality, education & confidence you provide should make the next step feel clear.

technology & marketing

you must be comfortable learning & using:
• booking & scheduling software

• point of sale systems

• online education tools

you do not need to be a professional content creator, but you must be willing and able to participate consistently, speak on camera when needed & use social media as part of building relationships and growing the business.

transportation & community involvement
• reliable transportation of your own is required
• attendance at community events, workshops, networking opportunities & local partnerships is part of the role
• you must be comfortable representing skoah. professionally outside of the treatment room
• you must be willing to speak with new people, introduce the brand & create new business opportunities

physical requirements
• able to stand for extended periods while performing services
• able to perform multiple facial treatments per shift
• able to lift & move up to 25 pounds as needed
• able to assist with laundry, room setup, restocking, cleaning & shop organization
