Shine Intuitive Beauty is an established skincare studio specializing in results-driven treatments, blending advanced modalities with a personalized, client-first approach. Our mission is to provide exceptional care, meaningful results, and a welcoming experience for every client who walks through our doors.


We are seeking an experienced esthetician with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a spa, med spa, or professional skincare environment to join our growing team.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong foundational skills who is confident in their abilities, passionate about skincare, eager to grow, and looking to build a long-term career within an established practice. This is not an entry-level position.


ABOUT THE ROLE


Our practice blends advanced corrective skincare with customized, results-driven treatments. We work with both medical-grade and holistic skincare lines and believe exceptional results come from understanding the individual, not just the skin concern.


This is a diverse esthetics role that includes a combination of skincare, brows, lashes, and waxing services. While advanced skincare treatments are an integral part of our practice, we are seeking a well-rounded esthetician who enjoys working across multiple service categories and values building long-term relationships with clients.


Advanced treatment training is available for the right candidate, however, strong esthetic fundamentals and confidence in core treatments, including lashes, brows, and waxing, are essential.

CORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE


Candidates should be confident in:



Skin analysis and client consultations
Customized facial treatments
Brow shaping and facial anatomy
Facial and body waxing
Retail recommendations and homecare education
Developing treatment plans and supporting client results

Experience in any of the following is highly valued, but not required:



Hydrafacial
Dermaplaning
Microneedling (SkinPen or similar)
Chemical peels
Brow tinting and brow lamination
Lash lifts and tints
Brazilian waxing
Permanent makeup
Lash extensions

REQUIREMENTS



Active Colorado Esthetician License
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience preferred
Strong consultation and communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work independently and learn quickly
Commitment to continued education and professional development
Dependable personal transportation suitable for year-round mountain travel and weather conditions

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY


We are currently seeking someone who can provide consistent coverage during key business hours. Ideal availability includes:



Full-day availability on Mondays (required)
Afternoon to early evening availability (approximately 2:00 PM–7:00 PM) Tuesday through Thursday
Additional availability on Fridays is highly valued
Occasional Saturday availability is a plus

As a small, collaborative team, flexibility is important. Team members may occasionally provide coverage for one another during vacations, continuing education, and scheduled time off. We value work-life balance and strive to support flexibility for all team members while maintaining exceptional client care.


Additional hours and growth opportunities may become available over time for the right candidate.


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS


Compensation for this position is commission-based and determined by experience, skill set, and service offerings. We offer a competitive commission structure designed to reward performance, support professional growth, and provide strong long-term earning potential.

Pay: $50.00 - $125.00 per hour
