Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Esthetician to join our vibrant skincare and beauty team! Responsibilities
• Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
• Conduct body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other beauty services to meet client needs.
• Utilize salon management software such as Glossgenius to schedule appointments, update client records, and process transactions efficiently.
• Provide expert advice on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment plans tailored to individual skin types and concerns.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to strict sanitation protocols and ensuring all tools and treatment areas are clean and sterilized.
• Promote retail sales of skincare products and beauty tools to enhance client results and increase revenue opportunities.
• Stay current with industry trends, new treatments like botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser procedures to continually elevate service quality.

Requirements
• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as per state or local regulations.
• Must be available Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
• Proven experience in performing skincare treatments such as facials, body waxing, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
• Knowledge of advanced procedures including Hydrafacial and dermabrasion techniques is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Familiarity with salon software platforms such as Gloss genius for scheduling and client management.
• Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in all treatments performed.
• Experience in retail sales of skincare and makeup products.
• Must be willing to wear and use Merle Norman Cosmetics.

Pay: $14.00 - $29.42 per hour
