Role Overview: Licensed Esthetician

As a Licensed Esthetician, you will provide exceptional skin care services, educate clients on treatment plans, and support overall wellness through professional expertise and personalized recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform professional, high-quality facial and skincare servicesDesign customized, progressive treatment plans based on client goalsRecommend appropriate products and home-care routinesMeet service and retail sales goals as outlined by spa managementParticipate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinarsCreate positive client experiences with a friendly, professional attitudePromote memberships and client referralsMaintain clean and professional skincare rooms and common areas

Requirements

Active State Esthetics LicenseAbility to maintain esthetics liability insuranceStrong passion for skincare, facial treatments, and client wellnessExcellent communication and customer service skillsCommitment to cleanliness, professionalism, and Hand & Stone standards
