Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments and beauty services, ensuring clients feel pampered, confident, and cared for. Your expertise will help elevate the client experience while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and professionalism.

Responsibilities
• Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and skin treatments such as dermabrasion and esthetic laser therapy.
• Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable skincare routines and products based on individual needs.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Manage client records accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, documenting treatments and progress.
• Educate clients on skincare best practices, product usage, and aftercare instructions to enhance results.
• Support sales efforts by recommending retail products that complement treatment plans.
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques like tattooing or hair threading, and advanced treatments such as esthetic laser procedures.

Experience
• Valid state licensure as an Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology principles.
• Prior experience in delivering a wide range of skincare services including facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, and dermabrasion.
• Familiarity with infection control standards and sanitation procedures in a spa or salon setting.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for diverse clients.
• Knowledge of color theory for makeup application and advanced treatments like laser therapy or tattooing is a plus.

Pay: $30.00 - $80.00 per hour
