Cosmetology Instructor (Eyelash Extension Specialty)
IHeart Lash & Beauty Academy is growing, and we are seeking experienced, licensed beauty professionals who are passionate about educating and developing the next generation of beauty professionals.

We are currently hiring instructors with experience in Esthetics and / or Eyelash Extensions to join our growing instructional team.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is professional , dependable, confident in both theory and hands-on instruction, and passionate about helping students successfully transition from classroom to the beauty industry.

Qualifications :
• Current Texas License in your applicable specialty
• Professional industry experience in esthetics, eyelash extensions , cosmetology , or a related specialty
• Strong knowledge of sanitation , safety , client consultation , and professional practices
• Ability to demonstrate services and supervise students during practical training
• Strong communication , organization, and classroom - management skills
• Comfortable working with students at different skill levels
• Dependable and able to maintain a consistent teaching schedule
• Previous teaching or training experience is preferred but not required

Instructor Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging theory and practical instruction
• Demonstrate proper techniques and industry-standard procedures
• Supervise students during mannequin and live-model practice
• Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and skill development
• Monitor student progress, participation, and practical performance
• Maintain a professional, organized, and sanitary learning environment
• Reinforce academy policies, dress code, professionalism, and attendance expectations
• Assist students in developing confidence, speed, technique, and client-readiness
• Collaborate with academy leadership and other instructors to create a consistent student experience

Compensation

$23–$28 per hour, based on experience, availability, teaching responsibilities, and leadership capacity.

Higher compensation within the range is reserved for instructors who demonstrate greater availability and are able to take on additional instructional or leadership responsibilities.
