Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality esthetic services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with excellent retention
• Recommend appropriate treatments and home-care plans
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional workplace
• Participate in ongoing training and continuing education

Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience as an esthetician
• Strong work ethic and consistent professionalism
• Proven client retention and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn, grow and expand skill sets
• Full cosmetology license for esthetics is a plus
• Current Colorado Esthetics license required
