We are seeking a passionate and energetic Licensed Esthetician to join our talented team. In this role, you will deliver a wide range of skincare and beauty treatments, ensuring each guest receives personalized service that enhances their natural beauty and well-being. Your expertise will help create memorable experiences that promote relaxation, confidence, and satisfaction.



Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, waxing,lash lift, and esthetic treatments with precision and care.Provide specialized services such as eyelash extensions, hair threading, body waxing, makeup application, and hair styling to meet diverse client needs.Conduct product demonstrations and recommend retail products to enhance client results and support their ongoing skincare routines.Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.Manage appointment scheduling using salon software like Vagaro, ensuring smooth daily operations.Engage with guests through excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, providing consultations, and upselling appropriate treatments or products.Assist with front desk responsibilities as needed to create a seamless guest experience from check-in to checkout.

Valid State Esthetician License with experience in medical spa or salon settings.Proficiency in management systems such as Vagaro for scheduling and client records.Strong knowledge of skincare techniques including dermabrasion, derma planning, laser therapy, esthetic treatment, and body waxing.Familiarity with salon software for retail sales tracking and appointment management.Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly demeanor to foster guest loyalty.Ability to perform product demos confidently while upselling services to maximize revenue opportunities.Knowledge of social media management for promoting services and engaging with clients online.
