What You’ll Do:
• Perform customized facials, peels, microderm, LED therapy, and enhancements
• Rebook clients and recommend professional skincare
• Track treatment notes and deliver outstanding client care
• Work as part of a team committed to client results

Compensation:
• Base Pay: $23.00–$28.00/hour (depending on experience, skill set, and certifications)
• Tips: Our estheticians regularly receive $10–$15+/hour in client gratuities
• Bonuses: Monthly incentives for rebooking, client satisfaction, and performance
• Spiffs: Additional pay for retail sales, upgrades, and enhancements
• Average Total Compensation: Most of our estheticians earn $40–$45+ per hour all-in
