Experienced Laser Technician / Medical Esthetician

Lüz Lounge is seeking an experienced Laser Technician / Medical Esthetician to join our growing medical aesthetics practice in Houston. We are a modern, patient-focused med spa specializing in advanced skin rejuvenation, laser treatments, and regenerative aesthetics.


We are looking for a provider who is passionate about skin health, confident with energy-based devices, and comfortable building long-term client relationships.

Saturday availability required


Responsibilities



Perform laser treatments including laser hair removal, IPL/photofacial, microneedle and skin rejuvenation
Provide advanced esthetic services including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and skin consultations
Educate patients on treatment plans and home care
Maintain proper treatment documentation and charting
Ensure strict adherence to medical spa safety and sanitation protocols
Assist with PRP treatments and blood draws (training provided if needed)
Support membership growth through excellent client experience and treatment recommendations

Laser technicians in medical spas typically operate devices for procedures like laser hair removal and skincare while advising clients on routines and aftercare.


Qualifications


Required:



Texas Esthetician License
Texas Laser Hair Removal Certification (TDLR)
Minimum 1–2 years experience in a medical spa
Excellent client communication and sales skills

Preferred:



Experience with devices such as Alma, Candela, Cynosure, or Sciton
Experience with PRP or phlebotomy a plus
Sales-oriented mindset - Understands and can uphold KPIs
Ability to build and retain a client book of business for 6 months or longer
