Licensed Cosmetologist

We are looking for a few Licensed Cosmetologists ready to work for themselves and build a business that allows you to unleash your creativity while delivering exceptional beauty and wellness services! Booth rent is $500 a month (you will be responsible for providing the color/developer/foils/etc). Perform hair/skin services that enhance our clients’ confidence and style. Utilize your passion for beauty to create memorable experiences that keep clients coming back. Duties



Perform a wide range of beauty services including hair styling, coloring, haircuts/barbering to meet individual client needs.
Provide skincare treatments such as chemical peels, waxing, and nano-needling/microdermabrasion to enhance clients’ natural beauty.
Educate clients on hair and skin care products through effective retail sales techniques and upselling strategies.
Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace in compliance with health regulations and salon standards.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments based on color theory and personal style.
Stay current with industry trends and new techniques to continually elevate service quality and client satisfaction.

Requirements



Valid state licensure as a Cosmetologist or Barbering professional.
Demonstrated expertise in hair styling, coloring, and/or barbering techniques.
Proficiency in skincare treatments such as dermabrasion, body treatments, waxing and facials.
Strong knowledge of color theory, sanitation practices, and current beauty trends.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs.
Experience in retail sales with the ability to upsell products confidently using retail math principles.
