Job Title: Cosmetologist – Hair & Nails (Hair Stylist / Nail Tech)

Pay: $23.21–$39.50/ base pay, plus commission, plus 100% of your tips

Job Type: Full-time preferred

We're a vibrant & positive salon that offers hair, nails, and aesthetics in Nashville looking for talented cosmetologists who do hair and nails — or do hair and want to learn nail care.

We'll train you.

What you'll do
• Deliver standout hair and/or nail/pedicure services with a personal, guest-first touch
• Personalize every appointment to the client's goals and preferences
• Help keep our space clean, organized, and welcoming (we also love bright ideas)
• Contribute to monthly team goals alongside a crew that actually lifts each other up
• Attend meetings + education sessions
