Responsibilities



Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and client satisfaction
Deliver expert hair styling services, including cuts, color treatments, hair extensions, and hair threading
Provide professional makeup application and nail care services to enhance client looks
Maintain a clean, sanitized work area in compliance with health regulations and salon sanitation standards
Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales transactions
Engage with clients through excellent communication skills to understand their beauty goals and recommend suitable services or retail products
Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing bookings, and upselling retail items to maximize sales opportunities
Mentor junior team members on techniques like straight razor shaves, color theory application, and retail math strategies
Manage store operations effectively by supporting store management in daily tasks and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere

Skills



Proven experience in eyelash extensions, hair styling, coloring, and nail care techniques
Strong knowledge of salon software systems such as MINDBODY for scheduling and sales tracking
Expertise in sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and team members
Ability to perform hair extensions, hair threading, makeup application, and straight razor shaves confidently
Retail sales acumen with upselling skills to promote products like lash serums or styling tools
Knowledge of color theory for customized coloring services and client consultations
Store management experience or familiarity with salon operations is a plus
Ability to mentor team members in professional techniques and customer service excellence
