Duties
• Perform a wide range of beauty services including hair styling, hair extensions, barbering, and esthetic laser treatments to meet diverse client needs.
• Deliver professional nail care services such as manicures, gel manicures, nail extensions, acrylic nail application, and nail care consultations.
• Conduct skin treatments like dermabrasion and body waxing while adhering to strict sanitation and disinfection procedures to ensure client safety.
• Apply color theory principles for flawless hair coloring and provide expert advice on hair care products and retail sales.
• Execute eyelash extensions, hair threading, and other esthetic services with precision and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, organized work station following salon safety protocols; ensure all tools are sanitized and disinfected after each use.
• Engage with clients through effective communication, understanding their preferences, offering professional recommendations, and upselling suitable products or services to enhance their experience.

Qualifications
• Valid cosmetology license with comprehensive knowledge of salon safety protocols and sanitation standards.
• Experience working in the beauty industry with proficiency in hair styling, nail art including gel manicures and acrylic nails, and skin treatments.
• Strong understanding of color theory, nail extensions, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion techniques, and body waxing procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build lasting client relationships.
• Knowledge of retail math for upselling products effectively without pressure; familiarity with retail sales strategies is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Passion for continuous learning about new beauty trends, techniques like esthetic laser treatments, hair extensions, and barbering services to keep skills current.
