Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and licensed Cosmetologist to join our dynamic team. The Licensed Cosmetologist will be responsible for performing hair, skin, and body treatments, managing retail sales, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that promotes client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

Provide professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and hair extension services tailored to client preferences.Perform skincare treatments including dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin procedures, and body waxing.Administer eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair threading to enhance client appearance.Conduct scalp treatments such as deep tissue massage and manage facial treatments utilizing advanced skincare techniques.Manage retail product demos and upselling of salon products to clients to enhance their experience.Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas in compliance with health regulations.Utilize salon management software such as Millennium, MINDBODY, and salon software for scheduling appointments, client records, and sales tracking.Handle front desk responsibilities including guest check-in/out, appointment scheduling, and providing excellent customer service.Manage social media accounts to promote services, special offers, and engage with the community.Assist with management tasks as needed to ensure smooth salon operations and guest satisfaction.Experience

Valid Cosmetology license with comprehensive knowledge of hair styling techniques including color theory and straight razor shaving.Experience with advanced treatments such as dermal fillers, Botox injections, esthetic laser treatments, tattooing (if applicable), and nail care is preferred.Proven skills in retail sales, upselling techniques, social media management, and customer service excellence.Familiarity with salon management systems like Millennium or MINDBODY is advantageous.Strong communication skills coupled with a hospitality mindset to create a welcoming environment for clients.Previous experience in med spa settings or luxury salons is highly desirable.
