Licensed Cosmetologist

Job Summary


We are seeking a talented and energetic Licensed Cosmetologist to join our dynamic beauty team! Duties



Provide professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and extension services using current techniques and industry best practices
Perform skin care treatments, including dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, and facial procedures
Deliver expert nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, and nail art with attention to sanitation and disinfection procedures
Apply eyelash extensions, hair threading, and other specialized beauty treatments to meet client needs
Educate clients on product recommendations and upsell retail items to enhance their beauty routines
Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace following all disinfection procedures and health regulations
Build lasting client relationships through excellent communication skills and personalized service experiences

Requirements



Valid cosmetology license in accordance with state or local licensing requirements
Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of diverse services performed
Knowledge of color theory for hair coloring and styling techniques
Familiarity with sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and safety protocols in a salon environment
Proficiency in hair styling, barbering, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and dermabrasion techniques
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
Retail sales experience with retail math skills for upselling products effectively
Knowledge of nail care services including nail art and maintenance techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
