Your expertise in haircutting, shaving, and hair care will contribute to creating a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and pampered. Duties
• Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and hair styling tailored to each client’s preferences.
• Utilize our software Square to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process transactions efficiently.
• Perform top notch straight razor shaves, haircuts and beard trims to enhance client satisfaction.
• Offer expert advice on hair care, and retail product recommendations to boost store sales.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to health regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide personalized consultations, and ensure a positive experience from beginning to end.
• Learn further technical skills, customer service excellence, and retail strategies.
Experience
• Valid barbering/crossover license issued by the state of Missouri.
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on barbering or men's grooming services.
• Skilled in using software for appointment management and client communication.
• Demonstrated ability to perform multiple hair cuts, hair styling, shaving and beard grooming is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and provide outstanding customer service.
• Experience in a previous shop or front desk operations is a plus.
• Previous experience within a business dealing with hospitality is a plus.
